Restroom drain installation

A large general contractor chose Verticon to provide support on a bathroom drain installation. There were 6 restroom modifications that required 12 floor drains be installed with associated plumbing tie ins inside floors, walls, and ceilings. There were also several water fountain installs that required wall demolition. Several utility closets required demolition to access in floor plumbing. Verticon provided concrete demolition, wall and ceiling removal, restroom stalls were removed, marble thresholds were removed, and tile walls were removed.

Verticon poured concrete and finished. Walls and ceilings were rebuilt, Wall tile was installed. Floor tiles were installed. Restroom stalls were reinstalled. All work was done with the quality craftmanship that Verticon incorporates in all projects. Day to day operations in the commercial facility was not interrupted during this project.
