Verticon was chosen to provide a turn key installation of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety upgrades as part of a large scale renovation in a Federal facility in Washington DC.
The installation included installing Trane high efficiency air handlers, VAV boxes, Controls, Plumbing for several kitchenettes, fully upgraded electrical and life safety equipment.
The ductwork consisted of high pressure, spiral, and typical wrapped rectangular. Several thousand feet of ductwork was installed under very challenging conditions.
